What if the answer is that my profile is fine?
Then that is the report. nelyo separates the profile from the platform and the pool, so it is allowed to conclude the profile is not the main problem — and to say which stage is, instead. A diagnosis that can only ever find fault is not a diagnosis.
Do I need new photos?
No, and no professional shoot is required. You upload what you already have; we may well recommend keeping your current set and only changing the order. If a new photo is worth taking, the report says what it needs to show and why.
Who actually sees my screenshots?
Only the systems needed to produce your report. No person reads your profile or your report before you do. A sample of reports is audited afterwards for quality, and that audit never opens your images unless you raised a problem about your own report. You never connect a dating-app account, and your private conversations are not collected at all.
How long does it take?
